Welcome to Transenne.net. Below you will find the regulations governing sales made through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order, you fully accept the terms and conditions of sale set out herein.

2. Scope of Application

This regulation regulates the sale of products made through the www.transenne.net portal.
The conditions may be subject to change without notice: we therefore invite the user to consult them periodically.

Note: The platform is primarily aimed at professional (B2B) customers. However, if a final consumer (B2C) makes a purchase, the provisions of the Consumer Code and European legislation will automatically apply.

3. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale

By placing an order, the customer declares that he has read and accepted these regulations in full.
The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded upon confirmation of the order sent by e-mail from Transenne.net.

4. Product Features

All products on the site are described and represented as accurately as possible. The images are for illustrative purposes. Any minor differences between the actual product and the one represented do not constitute a defect.

5. Availability of Products

The availability shown online is indicative and not binding. In the event of unavailability after the order, prompt communication will be sent and the customer can decide whether to wait for restocking or receive a full refund.

6. Pricing and Cost Calculation

The prices indicated are expressed in Euros and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
The total cost of the order is calculated automatically, including any transport and accessory costs.

⚠️ Note: Bugs or malfunctions may occasionally occur that cause errors in the automatic calculation of costs, VAT or final price of products.

7. Payments

Payment can be made through the methods indicated during checkout (Stripe, PayPal, SEPA Stripe). No payment data is saved in our systems.

8. Invoicing

The invoice is issued automatically and sent via SDI to the PEC address or recipient code provided at the time of ordering.

9. Shipping and Delivery Times

The shipping times indicated are estimated and non-binding. Transenne.net is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

For some products, delivery requires the customer to have suitable means for unloading (e.g. forklift or other appropriate vehicle).

• The customer is required to correctly declare the availability of these means by means of the flag provided on the product at the time of the order.

• In the event of the absence of the appropriate vehicle or false declaration, the goods will be returned to our warehouses.

• The customer will be responsible for the costs of return and any subsequent delivery attempts.

• Any costs already incurred for transport will not be refunded.

10. Error Handling and Order Cancellation

In the event of an obvious system error (e.g. incorrect calculations of shipping costs or abnormal final price), Transenne.net reserves the right to cancel the order even if confirmed, upon notice to the customer.
In this case, any amounts already paid will be refunded in full, at no additional cost to the customer.

11. Refunds and Cancellation of Orders at the Customer’s Request

In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, if the request is accepted:

• The amount returned will be net of system commissions withheld by the payment circuits.

• For online purchases made via Stripe, PayPal or SEPA Stripe, any fees charged by these providers will not be refunded.

• The refund may be made by credit note and may not be made with the same original payment method; In any case, the customer will receive the equivalent of the amount to be refunded.

 

For B2C customers, the methods and times of reimbursement will comply with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

12. Right of Withdrawal

Products made at the specific request of the customer (e.g. customisation or custom-made production) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

13. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by Transenne.net are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by current legislation:

• Consumer customers (B2C): the warranty has a duration of 2 years, as required by the Consumer Code, and allows you to request repair, replacement or reimbursement in the event of a lack of conformity.

 

• Professional customers (B2B): The warranty only covers defects of conformity present at the time of delivery.

Any damage or defects must be reported within 8 working days of delivery. After this period, the customer will no longer be able to make claims relating to defects, damage or deficiencies in the products. The B2B warranty lasts for 12 months and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, transport or improper maintenance.

All conditions of the B2B warranty are clear and valid at the time of purchase, as stated in these regulations.

14. Processing of Personal Data

The personal data provided at the time of the order are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679).
The customer is invited to consult the information on data processing and cookies available on the site.

15. Liability

Transenne.net is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from site malfunctions, service interruptions, or misuse of products, except as required by law.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These regulations are governed by Italian law.
For B2C customers, the place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the consumer. For purchases between professionals (B2B), the competent court is the Court of Lecco (LC).

17. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, B2C customers have the right to lodge a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
