Note:<\/strong> The platform is primarily aimed at professional (B2B) customers. However, if a final consumer (B2C) makes a purchase, the provisions of the Consumer Code and European legislation will automatically apply. <\/p>
\n By placing an order, the customer declares that he has read and accepted these regulations in full. All products on the site are described and represented as accurately as possible. The images are for illustrative purposes. Any minor differences between the actual product and the one represented do not constitute a defect. <\/p>
\n The availability shown online is indicative and not binding. In the event of unavailability after the order, prompt communication will be sent and the customer can decide whether to wait for restocking or receive a full refund. <\/p>

\n All products sold by Transenne.net are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong> provided for by current legislation:<\/p>
\n Consumer customers (B2C):<\/strong> the warranty has a duration of 2 years, as required by the Consumer Code, and allows you to request repair, replacement or reimbursement in the event of a lack of conformity.<\/p>

\n Professional customers (B2B):<\/strong> The warranty only covers defects of conformity present at the time of delivery.<\/p>

After this period, the customer will no longer be able to make claims relating to defects, damage or deficiencies in the products. The B2B warranty lasts for 12 months<\/strong> and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, transport or improper maintenance. <\/p>
\n All conditions of the B2B warranty are clear and valid at the time of purchase, as stated in these regulations.<\/strong><\/p>
\n The personal data provided at the time of the order are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy<\/strong> and the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016\/679).<\/strong> Transenne.net is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from site malfunctions, service interruptions, or misuse of products, except as required by law.<\/p>
