Many civil and military authorities present today, Thursday 14 March, at the inauguration of the 38th Agricultural Mechanization Fair of Savigliano<\/strong>, one of the leading events in the agricultural and industrial world at national level.<\/p>\n

The event of the 38th Edition in the name of technological innovation started on Thursday 14\/03 closing on Sunday 17\/03\/2019 with almost 60,000 presences. A four-day event, in the exhibition area of Via Alba in Savigliano <\/strong>(CN), for an event of significant importance in the sector.
\nAn event that continues to grow, while focusing on a clear identity, which emerges through three ingredients, whose centrality was reiterated at the press conference: mechanization<\/strong>, intelligence, food. In fact, the president of the Fondazione Ente Fiere di Savigliano<\/strong> Andrea Coletti reiterated the importance of technology, innovation and research in the agricultural field, bringing the numbers of population growth and therefore of the respective challenges of the agri-food sector in the 21st century.<\/p>\n

Among the themes at the center of the 2019 edition there was therefore theprecision agriculture<\/strong> that as he said Antonio Pascale<\/strong>, journalist, writer and inspector of the Ministry of Agricultural Policies: “It will allow us to save costs<\/strong> and waste fewer resources<\/strong><\/em>” and pointed out that unlike what happened years ago if “when we go to fertilize or weed the field, knowing the map, with the amount of elements present in the field, we can avoid using the same dose for the whole field<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

On the advantages that derive from the technological development of agricultural machinery also agrees the winemaker Giorgio Sobrero<\/strong>, from Montelupo Albese illustrating the project The green experience<\/strong>: “In recent years, technology has made giant strides and machinery has come out that can remove labor and remove weeds without polluting<\/em>“.<\/p>\n
