Italian BMX Championships 2021 – Padua

A great applause and a sound “very good” to the guys of the Bmx Panther Boys Padova Team: it was a real tricolor party that for two days invaded the BMX Race Track Antenore in Padua.
A truly evocative and extraordinary event as well as exciting, entirely set up and cared for in detail by the men of the Panther Boys that not even the rain, which fortunately wet only the final stages, managed to ruin.

The brand new plant, inaugurated during a beautiful Sunday in April entirely dedicated to BMX, inserted inside the Brentelle Park in Padua, was the fulcrum of national attention for the assignment of the tricolor titles of all the categories of the Italian BMX. Warm and passionate the embrace of the fans who watched from the edge of the track and via streaming to an event that gave moments of great show in a beautiful facility. , Dino Ponchio: “In these two days I saw here in Padua a wonderful sport suitable for the family with many kids who had fun putting themselves to the test and parents who lived the great party linked to the Italian Championships. Ezio Piovesan and his Panther Boys deserve a big round of applause for having set up a beautiful and very stimulating review”.

To underline the importance of the Paduan plant, were then the words of Silvio Martinello, Olympic champion of Atlanta 1996: “BMX has been part of the Olympic program for years now, a sign of the diffusion and importance that this specialty has assumed globally. Being able to celebrate here in Padua the opening of a high-profile facility like this a few days after the participation of the blue expedition at the Tokyo Olympics is a fundamental step for the development and further growth of BMX in Italy”.
