Transenne.net again at the Milano Football Festival: one of the most important events in the Italian youth football scene.
Accademia Inter also this year gave rise to the Milano Football Festival, the Easter Tournament par excellence in the world of youth football, now in its seventeenth edition. Numerous young athletes from all over Italy and from all over the world. An event, sponsored by the Municipality of Milan, the CONI, regularly authorized and recognized by the FIGC (Italian Football Federation), UEFA and FIFA.
All this in Milan, one of the capitals of football, rich in cultural attractions, places of artistic interest and also famous for fashion. Milano Football Festival aims to make everyone, accompanying athletes, live an unforgettable sporting and cultural experience by uniting everyone in the name of passion, fun and entertainment. As every year, many realities from different nations have been involved, reaching unapproachable numbers. Coming from all over Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland, France, Germany, Denmark, Portugal and even from Canada and other parts of the world. Gigantic inauguration ceremony that paraded 128 participating teams and 1992 players involved in the event to be played in just 3 days on 6 competition fields. A magical evening punctuated by many moments of pure spectacle, very special guests of the sports scene and incredible surprises. Great new entry of this year is the participation of Cagliari Calcio, present with its Esordienti 2004, as well as, was also presented a team of Inter Female class 2003. Among the special guests: Roberto SCARPINI (Inter Channel) Paolo CAVALLONE (RTL 102.5) – presenters of the evening, Dejan STANKOVIC and Mauro Icardi (born in 1993) who recalled how these international youth events were important for a boy like him, opening the doors of international football and allowing him to land in the youth of Barcelona, then at Sampdoria (in 2011) then making his debut in Serie A in 2012 and up to become a striker and captain of Inter from 2013 to the present.
